If hoa78 detects or suspects that a Player has opened multiple Accounts, all such Accounts may be closed immediately, and any Funds or Bonuses may be forfeited. This restriction applies regardless of whether multiple Accounts were opened under different names, addresses, devices, or payment methods.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

hoa78 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Before processing your first withdrawal, hoa78 may require you to submit the following documents for identity verification:

9. Account Closure and Suspension

hoa78 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Extended periods of inactivity (Accounts inactive for over 12 months may be subject to administrative fees).

If your Account is closed in good standing (i.e., no violation of Terms), any remaining Funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable fees. If your Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, hoa78 reserves the right to forfeit all Funds and Bonuses.

10. Intellectual Property
